From the very beginning, we have been committed to Venetian cuisine that honors tradition, authenticity and quality. Mori Venice Bar is a member of the renowned Unione Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo, a guarantee of authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine. We source much of our produce from small family producers in Italy, favoring short supply chains to preserve the origin and seasonality of our ingredients.
We are committed to sustainability and to meeting today's challenges through several actions: responsible sourcing, less waste and plastic, and a smaller carbon footprint. We are also proud to be a member of Ethic Ocean, a reflection of our commitment to preserving marine resources.
Mori Venice Bar is above all a place to gather, one that changes with the days of the week and the seasons. Just steps from the bustle of the Bourse district, we offer business guests the chance to combine work and pleasure. Once a month, as part of our events calendar, Mori Venice Bar turns into a jazz club with a unique atmosphere.
